The Asset (Machine or Tool) Condition
Report records an asset specific, dated narrative,
which can be any dialogue you wish for internal/external
use, e.g. Instructions to an external repairer - change
notes - shift changeover messages. Think of it as
an electronic log book specific to each asset.
