Tool-Track’s MACHINE
database holds the following information:
Machine:
Your own unique identification for the machine.
Description: *The
type of machine, e.g. 200 tonne Vertical Press
Manufacturer: *The
machine manufacturer’s name.
Model number: *The
machine manufacturer’s model number.
Serial number: *The
machine manufacturer’s serial number.
PLC Type: The
PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) if fitted to the
machine.
SW Rev Lev:
The Revision of Software used in the PLC if fitted.
Location/Dept: *The
place or department where the machine is normally
situated in the plant.
Alternatively, where Tool-Track is used in multi-site
operations, the site where the machine is normally
located.
PM Class: The class of PM (Planned Maintenance)
i.e. either “hours run”, or “date
based” scheduling for the machine.
* As data is entered at these points
Tool-Track creates a drop down box list to facilitate
data entry.
Note: Only the machine ID is obligatory
