PRINTING-OUT
In either Machine or Tool
mode, Tool-Track allows you to produce:
- Work Ticket print-outs
- Detailing tasks for each individually scheduled
PM.
- A Kit of parts, if assigned to any PM, it is
automatically printed with the Work Ticket.
ISO 9000 Manual print-outs
Task lists can be printed out in the
form of an ISO 9000 document to form part of your quality
manual.
Exception Reports print-outs:
PM work due
Open Internal and External Repairs
Inventory shortages
Repair Work print-outs
Internal: Instructions for use by your own personnel,
reports on findings and remedial work undertaken
External: Instruction to outside agencies and subcontractors,
reports on findings and remedial work undertaken
Repair Cost History print-outs
Tool-Track allows you select and print
out a report on a single asset, or a single
department, or all assets in all departments.
You can opt for No Summary, Summary
by Week or Summary by Month
You also have the option to select
Repairs only, PMs only or both
You can select a report covering any time period you
wish.
Database list print-outs:
All Inventory Parts. You can print
the entire inventory or either Machine parts only or
Tool parts only.
The list will show: Part Number, Quantity in stock,
Description, Location, Unit Cost, Total Part Stock Value
and Total Value of all stock. (A valuable aid when stocktaking)
